“I started working with Katrine at a very desperate point in my life, I needed to be heard but I also needed to hear myself. I really appreciated my time with her, as it was a combination of working together whilst also giving me the safe space to get to the resolutions on my own, a hands off/hands on approach. She helped me to identify the roots of my emotions and I regularly left my sessions feeling like a weight had been lifted. The space was always open for discussing whatever I needed, she helped me to realise that sometimes repetition is part of the process. I took my time and she was patient whilst also challenging me.
